Poop in the underwear

Something epic just happened. Michael pooped in his underwear, knowing that mommy will be really sad over this, so he tried to dump the poop into the toilet and made a mess in the process. Then he realized he could not hide this from me, so he put himself in timeout. I found him covered in poop in the time out room. After I cleaned him and their bathroom, still smell poop everywhere. Then I noticed that Peter is covered in poop. His brother missed a big hunk of poop on the carpet and he has been playing with/crawling all over. WOW I don't know what to say.

Potty Trained

Excuse my third post of the day, but I have to give a shout out to Michael. On day 4 of potty training, Michael is day time potty trained! Since yesterday he goes pee all by himself, today he pooped in the big toilet for the first time AND used public restrooms with standing-up position without any problem. Good job Michael!

E, N, Zero, C, H

I put a binder together for Enoch's primary drawing and put his name on the binder. Michael wanted to read it and he said "E, N, Zero, C, H". I'm glad he knows letters and numbers ;-)

worms

Got home from school early today. Started OBGYN this week and have been gone 13-14 hours a day. It's been a hard transition since I have been home studying for STEP1 for the past several months. I miss the kids while I am gone and am sad I have little time to play. Today I got home at 3:30 and was happy to spend the afternoon playing with them. Peter is crawling all over the place. Michael has quite the little temper but is quick to be adorable and loving. Enoch is the sweetest boy and so intelligent. I tickled Enoch and Michael to wake them from their naps and took them outside to pick the wild flowers in our yard. We gave them to an old neighbor family across the street. Then we planted some pea pods that I bought from home depot a while back. Weather should be just right for them. It was fun because it has been raining a lot recently and there were tons of worms in the compost pile. I think it was Enoch and Michael's first time playing with worms. They loved it. They weren't too afraid to hold them and let them crawl all over.

I feel so blessed to have wonderful kids and a wonderful wife.

Rash

Michael had a rash on his back yesterday. Enoch pointed it out to him. And then Michael looked down on his nipples, and then pointed at his right nipple and said to me "Mom, I have a rash right here! " I kept laughing! Had to tell him that "it was his nipples but not rashes!" He laughed out loud too. Wonder if he really didn't know or he was smart enough to joke about it :)
